Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. The room we were given was not what we booked. I had requested a King bed, but we were assigned a Queen instead. The staff’s attempts to convince us it was a 'King-like' bed felt dismissive. Additionally, the car service rates were inconsistent and significantly higher than what Uber offered, which left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
